Something strange is happening with my Amazon account
I made an Amazon seller account few month ago, just in case of I need ...
I made first sale last month, and disbursement was normal (14 days later)
Last week, I made 2 sales on the same day, and had disbursement the next day. I know normally I should have wait more, but i was happy to get my money faster than expected.
2 days ago, 2 sales again, 1 paid, 1 in pending order ...
Today, the unpaid order still pending ..and I received this email :
"Hello,
Our review of your account found that you are no longer using FBA for at least 75% of your orders. Because you are a new seller with longer ship times, a reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 28 days will apply. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.
When your account balance exceeds this reserve amount, you will be able to transfer funds based on your settlement schedule. You can view details on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central.
Please continue to ship orders and only list items that you can deliver by the expected delivery date.
To learn more about reserves, search for "Unavailable Balance" in Seller Central Help.
We will review your account on a monthly basis. During our review, if we see that you are using FBA for at least 75% of your orders, then we may consider removing the reserve at that time.
We will send you an email when the reserve has been removed.
Sincerely,
Amazon Services"
I never Used FBA, It is not a business account, and delivery time is long as I sell from Thailand to USA, but Amazon knows that..
If I understand well, I will get my next disbursement in 28 days, but should
i continue to sell ? I never had this problem with amazon before, and I dont want to contact them because I know they don't lilke the product I sell. And last question, does anyone knows if it was a manual review ??
Thanks
