Amazon listing removed

Hello.
When I list Toms shoes at my new amazon account, amazon blocks the listings each time and send me an email that I have to provide them with the invoices for that items.
Then I created invoice and sent it to amazon but they review it for 2+ months already with no answer if it is approved or declined!!!
Why they do that and how can this problem be resolved?
Any suggestions?

Have you done any reading on the forum since you joined in 2013?

If amazon think your item is inauthentic they will pull the listing.

This footwear is highly counterfeited...

Maybe look at a different item it you can get the right paperwork

@OP, why start sales with such a risky item from the beginning? Maybe look at other listings and get some feedback on your Amazon account

Yes I know they are high risk items and highly counterfeit!

It's never 100% with Amazon but it's not good to start with a risky sale.

Now, are you stating that your shoes are counterfeit?

I do not state they are counterfeit but I am sure amazon and ebay thinks they are and that is the reason they want invoices!

Of course, its Easy. Just contact the Manufacturer, Toms Shoes and ask them to approve you for sales on Amazon, give them your Amazon user ID and they will contact Amazon and tell them that you are approved to sell those items and you will not be bothered anymore.

The reason Amazon asked for an invoice was to see if it was an official Toms Shoe Company invoice that would include some kind of customer ID that Amazon can check with Toms to see if you are approved for sales of Toms Shoes on Amazon.

amazon will always block these listings.

Not going to work to sell phakes.

If the footwear is real, get your REAL invoices from your REAL/Licensed supplier. Do not deal with your Chinese friend.

The problem is Toms .com do not allow selling there products at a third party websites - amazon, ebay and so on.
So they are not able to help me in approval authenticity of the items!

You must consider another product or go on losing accounts.
