Scam Buyer?
A buyer purchased an item and as soon as they received it they said it was defective and I messaged them a prepaid return shipping label.
I never received the item back, and 6 weeks later I got an email from them stating they have just shipped the item back to me and that they didn't even use the label that I gave them (most likely because it was expired). They want to know when I will issue a full refund plus their shipping cost.
Can I refuse the shipment and tell them that they did not return it within the required time?
I know when a buyer requests a return that they have to ship it back within a certain timeframe
Am I likely to win an A to Z claim if I refuse shipment and refuse refund or should I just eat this one?. It's $230!
