I just noticed that you can no longer send an email to Amazon customer service and mark it as an urgent issue. You have to have them call you

I always feel nervous talking to them. What information do they ask for when they call?

It has been a while since I have calledamazon but usually name and email address. I just make sure I have my details in front of me.
