People DO NOT READ CONDITION NOTES. And the product has to be complete and include everything that was originally in the package. Missing the charging cord, or the useless instruction manual? Not allowed to be sold on Amazon.

Where are you getting this information? It depends on the listing. If the listing states no manual or power cord, then it's OK
I know most buyers don't read the condition notes, but as long as you have it stated then you can defend negative feedback or an A to Z claim
