Default Types of reviews and what they mean

Hi can anyone help me understand the nature of the reviews that get applied on my accounts. they are:

Hello,

We are reviewing your Amazon.co.uk seller account. A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 28 days will apply while your account is under review. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

When your account balance exceeds this reserve amount, you will be able to transfer funds based on your settlement schedule. You can view details on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....t-summary.html).

Please continue to ship orders and only list items that you can send by the expected ship date.

You can help by sending us more information about your business. Click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon....fications.html) and provide the requested information.

To learn more about account reviews, search for "Velocity Limits and Account Reviews" in Seller Central Help.

We will send you an email when we have completed our review.

and then there is

Hello,
A change has been made to your disbursement schedule because we determined that you have an increased risk of claims, chargebacks, and refund requests from buyers. A reserve has been applied to your account to ensure you have enough funds to fulfill any refund requests from buyers.

During this time, the money you receive from a sale will be reserved for 14 days from the date the sale was made. After 14 days, the money from that order will be transferred to you on your next disbursement date, as long as you have a positive account balance.

For example, if you sell an item on January 1, the money from the sale will be reserved until January 15. The funds will then be available on your next disbursement date. Any fees or refunds charged to your account during the disbursement period may reduce the net amount paid to you.

The reserve may be applied for up to 90 days but may be removed earlier if we see an improvement. There is no information you need to provide during this review period. We will notify you when our account review is complete.

You can see your account balance, disbursement schedule, and reserve amount on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central:

is the second one just a rolling reserve? the first one the 28 day seems to be witholding by funds indefinetly while still taking sales.

the second one eventually nearly month on releases some of my funds.

Its the "A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 28 days will apply while your account is under review. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily." that i have trouble with understanding. or they simply aint clear.
