Amz permission to sell, and Invoice question

Ok.. so I want to sell an item that needs authorization or permission to sell.
They want an invoice to show the suppler is genuine before allowing me to proceed.
Question.. Obviously.. im not going to make a huge order first time up in case l dont get approved.
Lets say l order 10 items.. lets also say Amz approves me to sell these.
What happens when these 10 items are sold ?
Do l need to get another invoice for the next batch of product.. and do I need to continually do this for each batch l purchase ?

Could be a drag huh...
Also.. my supplier does not give paper invoices.. its all online transactions.. so will Amz accept say an Email invoice?

Once approved you stay approved. Amazon doesn't have the time to check up on every single item you sell

yeah. just one invoice is sufficient. my supplier sent me invoice in excel. just save it as pdf and you are good to go.

You MIGHT need 3 invoices.

From what I've seen every ungating request requires 3 invoices..

Get 12 to be safe. That seems to be the sweet spot. But the other person is right you might need 3 invoices. Depending on how your account is set up if you have a resale licence in your business name you could show that for better chances.
