Help -- Appeal Listing Restrictions

I tried to list a brand named item today and received the following error message from Ebay. I've had 2 listings pulled in the past 3 months. Shall I go through with the restriction appeal? Has anyone got this before?

Here's the message I received:
“We regret to inform you that your eBay account is prohibited from listing certain trademarked items at this time, including the item you are trying to list. In order to maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on accounts, such as yours, that have previous violations related to Intellectual Property. If you wish to appeal this restriction, please contact eBay's Community Watch Department using the Webform by clicking here, then click on Listing Potentially Infringing items".

If you can verify the account and you want to keep the account try to save it..if not create a new account and read up on VERO workarounds.

u go around that by not putting the brand name in the title, but selecting the brand name from the drop down menus of the listing specifics. this also helps get your listings to show up minutes not hours after posting.

There is also an ebay vero tutorial that you can do. You do not need to be signed into ebay to do the tutorial.

With all those time wasted trying to sell famous name brand items, regardless ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or real, better spend those time wisely selling things that ebay doesn't concern with. You can make lots more money selling toruble-free items because you don't have to waste time starting a new account or deal with the suspended one. Yes, you can make as much as you want selling legal products on ebay. All you need is a big group of nice honest Christian girls help you with ebay sales and orders, like 'ebayhateluv' has.

Don't sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗, unless you don't mind police come knocking on your door.

the police has nothing to do with copywrite issues and its out of there jurisdiction if any body it would be the ABC boys knocking but really if every one here sold legmently then we would'nt be here cause are accounts would never be suppended

HI_ I was under the opinion that "Community Watch" is coming from other members, and not Vero? Maybe I am wrong?
