Use an exif data cleaner (I use batchpurifier). Takes a second, but will stop your accounts getting linked.

Make sure you used different photos across different accounts.

Same photo on two different accounts can cause a link.

I was wondering about this. images contain tons of data now.. Especially smart phone photos... they could track you right to where you took the pic.

What information is stored in EFIX/JPEG photos taken on the iPhone with geotagging enabled? - Stack Overflow

So... looks like I will need to use Batch Purifier...

My question is what about an old school Kodak EasyShare Z885 digital camera? It is from 2008, has no special wifi, gps, or anything that smart going on with it.

The last time I used this camera for ebay photos was probably about a year ago.

I am especially concerned with linking. It is a deadly word and I want to avoid it.

EDIT: I just downloaded FotoExif on my iphone... (free app) WOW. is there ever alot of info stored in the photo..

Why would you not consider also batch purifying that or exif on those photos too? Might as well...figure some info still on those photos that can be stripped.

Yup... that would be the smartest way. Better safe than sorry.

I will be selling the same items as I was before but with NEW photos (using a different color background) and using "cleaned photos" so it doesnt share all that info with evilbay.

I think that hopefully should be enough with regards to pictures.

No, you don't need a separate Camera per account. What you should do is the following:
1. Take Multiple Pics in different angles
2. wipe the exif data off those images

Once you do those 2 things then you are ready to use. If you plan to sell the same item on multiple accounts then you should make sure that the pics you use look different, meaning different backgrounds, different angles, etc.

What I do is the following (if I'm selling the same product across 2 or more accounts:
I take the pics and then separate them into different folders with my ebay id so I know that those pics are only to be used for that account.
