auctiva picture tracks problem?

There was an issue generating the Gallery picture (displayed on Search results and My eBay pages) for one of the items you have listed. Item Number: ********* any one met the same problem?

HI:
The only time I have recd this, was when my picture was corrupted. I had to reload it, in Jpeg. Also- Ive recd similar notice-when ebay changed the rules-and said the gallery pic/header pic have to MATCH..
