You could, and it will not last, how long will it work for? hard to say but eventually either or both will go down.

eBay Australia seems to be much more forgiving than PP. After I lost my first PP account I opened a new one under my Mum's name and I kept using my same abay account in my name. Two years later my mum's PP account got limited but only because I was selling an unproved item for which they gave me notice but I did not see their email - 2 months's later after the notice, the account was permanently limited. For some reason there was no notification in my PP loging - actually there was but only for 1 login and then it disappeared!!!. I still have my ebay account and have been selling using bank transfer or private CC payment. I have also had several warnings from ebay over the years about selling various unapproved chemicals classed as dangerous or pseudo pharmaceuticals but they never shut down my account.
Maybe it depends on what you sell on eBay that determines whether they shut you down or not.
