I need help with couple of issues.
1) I'm using Telstras dongle, paying 50$ for 60 days and only 5gb. Do you know any better, cheaper alternatives?
2) Any banks that can help me opening a US bank account? any bank account in Europe?
3) Any banks that I should stay away from? Currently using CW and Westpac.
4) Any alternatives to L&G cards? already got like 9
5) Where can I get a good cheap US/Europe VPS?

HSBC has a habit of asking for a high deposit to allow international accounts.
It's not that good if you can not make that. |

True about HSBC requirements but they may have other options available these days - look at both chequing and savings

I guess it's to prevent poor people hide taxes or some other fraud issues anyway, could anyone please recommend Israeli/Australian VPS? what would be a good price for 1 and for 10? I know I can get it from here for like 15-20$ per VPS but i prefer to try cut the middle man and deal with the actual supplier or to learn create them by myself, could anyone please help me with that?

Their International arm is like a independent state.
With the right amount of funds, you can get 'deals'.
Mind boggling what they can offer if all the boxes are ticked. |

I am googling and reading for hours, contacting suppliers but there is too much confusing, boring, annoying, unreliable information... thought maybe someone can point me a better direction. Here is where i am now x_X Networks of Australia - bgp.he.net |

You need to go to where people are talking about using VPS/ VPN.
It's like when you study a topic, you speak to others who have info on the topic.
I would recommend using a couple of VPS forums to start off.
If you speak to a 'supplier', they are only going to sell their product. You need more than that.
Here's a couple: https://vpsboard.com/ VPS Hosting - Web Hosting Talk this company offers Israeli deals.
Look overseas as well. Check out this one too http://www.cloudvps.co.il/
