Question about the 1000 AUD balance limit
I have an Australian account, that is verified by vcc and I already provided ID and proof of address at one time earlier (info not real).
Now I'm close to the 1000 AUD limit and they're asking for provide name and address again.
"Update your information
Please make sure the information below is correct and matches the information on your documents. If the information here doesn't match what's on your documents, we won't be able to check your information and the services on your account will not be fully restored."
Home phone, Mobile phone, Medicare, and Passport details are optional.
What they are asking for is Full name, Date of birth and address.
If I provide the same info as ID and proof of address given earlier, will this be fine? or they will compare them to a governmental database?
