A week ago you backed out of a deal on DVDs from me saying that your Eb id just got veroed and you have no need for them anymore. BUT instead of just asking me to refund your $$$$, you file a "item not recieved" dispute with PP, 2 hours after the deal went down. Now your asking about DVD wholesalers?? Whats your deal, when you make a deal, its a deal, dont cry later saying "I dont need them" because my ID is suspended, if it were me, I would have just sent the $225 and just kept them, not cried about wanting my money back, filing the dispute puts your rep in serious suspicion with me...........You pulled this crap within 2 hours of the payment being sent.

actually a dispute is ALOT different from a claim. A dispute does NOTHING to your account and is just there to show the seller on paypal that the buyer wants his money back. A claim (which i didnt file) is when paypal must get involved because the seller refuses to refund. since i didnt file a claim nothing happen, and i only filed a dispute because it was the middle of the night when my primary ebay account got suspended and i didnt want you to ship them out the next morning so i took the safe route and filed a dispute because i knew youd see that before youd see a private message on these forums....

calm down, just because someone pulled out of a deal, what did you lose ? 10 minutes of your time... and i already explained this all to you and you said "fine what ever" so why would you post this

The problem is what you did is crap, you made a deal, why wouldnt you stick to it. We made a deal, then you said some bull about the EB acct getting veroed and you now have no use for the DVDs, but then a few days later your looking for a source for wholesale dvds???? Your not an honest person and you got caught playing games. Why wouldnt you just email me and ask for a refund, I gave you my email info and name. I have nothing to hide. I am exposing you for what you are, this forum is to help each other get by Eb/PP, not play games, thats what you did. And I dont need an eduaction on how PP works, I am well aware. Maybe the next person you try to get over on will take notice of this post.

just take a chill pill, my ebay account was and IS banned but now iam using my back up which i didnt think would sell dvds until the other day when i listed a few to make sure they wouldnt get veroed.

I am clam, your just a clown, plain and simple. I am not complaining about the PP acct/dispute, it is just an example of your way of doing business, which shows your character. You made a deal, backed out of it. Thats how you do business? Like I said, I would have done the transaction and just kept the items. Its not my fault you got bounced, so why should I lose the sale. Its all a case of how you are judged on here. If this were EB, you would be a NON-Paying bidder. We all know how we feel about those. You broke an agreement to make a purchase, in my book, thats lame.

This is why I would feel most comfortable sending modee, aspkin, or another mod my money and use them as an escrow agent dealing with "you people" lol

To be blunt...

Its not the sellers problem your account got suspended, YOU made a deal with someone and YOU should have stuck to it...

This forum is about ebay and paypal (or at least I thought it was )...

In my opinion you should be banned from here, you did something to a seller that COULD HAVE caused them alot of problems, the fact that it didn't is neither here nor there...

You were bang out of order in the way you dealt with this problem, if the same happened to you there is no doubt in my mind that you would of been here bawling to all who would listen about how someone has messed up your business

Buyers like you make me sick be it on a forum or on ebay, you are all SCUM in my opinion
