How much is the sales limit for eBay Canada?

I have two questions that interest me and I will be happy if someone answer me.
I want to ask for eBay Canada that if you register a new account will have an unlimited number of sales? Because they told me so ..
Or is both eBay U.S. 10 sales and $ 500?
And if you register buy in Canada with VPN from Bulgaria how to verify the phone on eBay?

That doesn't exist anywhere...including Canada. All accounts have some type of limits.

US Accounts usually start at 10/$1,000

And if you register buy in Canada with VPN from Bulgaria how to verify the phone on eBay?

Sadly - incorrect :( more common is 10/1000.

Rarely - RARELY - you will have luck and get a high limit account.

Dial-up for Canada works well but is very slow

Account will get suspended too quickly to bother aboyt phone verification.


VPN is not a good product to use.
