using UK pp/ebay in Canada

i will be shipping from china where my supplier is so im thinking it dosnt matter where i get an account, UK or US. i live in canada. even though its not advised i will be invoicing this account for services to transfer funds to main paypal in canada which is an established business account. this will be temporary and only 2 invoices per acct (3) will be made. so.. does it really matter if i get a US or UK ebay/paypal?
also wondering why theres such a price difference between the 2. us premium avg $250USD, uk premuim avg 250GBP. 250GBP=$400USD.

Price difference should be asked to sellers of accounts.

As for pp...always remember that any PP account type can be limited if poorly operated.

thank you. yes im aware that the pp accts can be linked by gifting/invoicing. thats the reason why it will only be used 2 times.
for the prices i was wondering if uk ebay accts have something better than us ebay accts that im not aware of or something?
but in general does it really matter if i operate from a US or UK account since ill be shipping from china and living in canada?

The processes / resources required to set up fully verified accounts in the two countries are very different.

You will need to work out how to acess the UK or US PayPal. You will need the correct IP address.

Overall a pretty flawed plan IMO. Sending between accounts is just never a good idea, even if it is just one or two times.

As for the price difference. In the US they have VBA's which can be used to verify a PayPal account. In the UK we do not have VBA's so real bank accounts need to be used, that makes them much more expensive.

ahhhh i see now. thank you all very VERY much.

im starting to think that even with stealth accounts i wont be able to get my ebay back to it was. i had avg 30 orders a day. things went south with a verrrrrry slow handling time provider that was never reported to me. ANYWAYS.. my 9 year old ebay acct with 3515/$63000CAD is suspended.. ive been familiarizing myself with the stealth guide for the past 2 weeks and looking at ebay/pp accts in the market place. but seems like if i wanted to get back to where i was i would need about 15x 100/5000 limit accts and work them up.

Sad to hear but the eb account is compromised - make 4-5 stealth accounts and build them...or 15 if you have time

Then you start off again and work your way back to where you were.

Most users get back better than they were doing before suspension.

make sure to have multiple paypals if you dont want to link . Send no more than 200$ per account per month and make small buys on each account your sending money to that sends to your main.

Good advice for OP but too bad he/she has not been seen since 2014
