Default Looking to use a Dongle in Canada

Hey guys!
I searched thoroughly through the forums before asking this question and couldn't find a good enough answer so here I am making this thread. I am from Canada and I am looking to get back on eBay AND Amazon.
I am looking forward to start stealthing full time. I have purchase 4 computers recently and I have family members who live in different parts of Canada who are willing to let me use their addresses and information to get back on eBay.
My only concern is that I am still not able to find a solution to use a different IP address on different computers. I have seen many people recommending a dongle and to my understanding it is an internet stick or hotspot offered by providers like Rogers, Bell etc.
Now my main questions are:
1. Would I need to purchase multiple internet sticks?
2. Do I even need an internet stick or something else?
3. What is the best suggestion for my situation?

All feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

Are the 4 Computers for 4 separate EBAY or Amazon Accounts? For Ebay you can have multiple User Accounts on 1 PC.

Depends on a few factors:
A. How large the IP pool is for the ISP Provider you go with and how much money you want to spend. Some people have a separate Dongle/MIFI per Account but to each their own.

2. Do I even need an internet stick or something else?
There are plenty of methods to get online, Dongle/Mifi, Phone Tethering, Dialup....That being said, not sure what this question means. A Dongle/Mifi with the right ISP should be enough.

As I mentioned above, everything is based on how much your willing to spend and how you wish you run your accounts. Personally, I use a Mifi. One important thing to remember is that if you go with 1 device for all your accounts....you should log all IP changes between accounts.

BUT to add to the great advice given by MM78 I would not consider running more than one amazon account per dongle.

Your better idea is to avoid having similarities with accounts to try to look a different person.

Regardless , logging of IPs is sound practice to make sure you never link yourself. Also, check reception in your area before any purchase.

Besides dongle use OP, do you have a regular internet provider? Such as Bell or Rogers or...?
