Making USA accounts when in Canada

Does anyone here from Canada use .com accounts instead of .ca accounts?

Ye, I used to have many US accounts. In fact I used to buy them, create and what not. I came to a conclusion that Canadian accounts especially Paypal is less problematic. I now sell those as well.
