Any new info on canadian VBA?

I haven't tried that accounts offered on cards such as PetroCanada reloadable debit VISA or other third-party vendors though.

I have been meaning to work with the Canada Post Reloadable care to see if can work...

I am also looking for one...successfully created a Canadian paypal but limit is only 500$ withdrawal plus ebay wants me to fully verified on paypal....if there is no vba or this debit card will not work can anyone please recommend a bank who are easier on mismatched names? thanks !

With RBC you can open multiple accounts straight from the website in CAD and USD. I think you have to open the first one in person at your nearest RBC bank, that's what I've done. With the USD account you have to use an other routing number and select USA Bank in PP. It works with Canadian PP, I'm using it since 3 years now. You can't send money to PP from the USD account but you can withdraw to it from PP. So it works to verify PP account, with any PP personal name.

I also have a USD CC and I pay my suppliers with that card. That way I don't lose 2.5% to transfert USD to a CAD CC and an other 2.5% to pay the suppliers in USD with a CAD CC. Plus the card gives me back 1% of my purchases in money once a year, that's a shiiiiiit load of free money.

If you sell enough with your PP account, you can get fee rebates. I'm paying 2.3% instead of 2.9%. More free money in my pocket.

Yes - with the Canadian banks, you can open 1 account in branch and then go online and create others.

Why dont you create multiple accounts from your bank. You would still have to eventually withdraw the funds from there. I use CIBC or RBC, which both have the ability to create accounts online. With RBC there seems to be a limit on how many you can do via online process but with CIBC it appears as unlimited as I have created about 10 accounts online within a period of 1-2 weeks.
