I don't want to cut my old restricted account completely loose. But I don't want the new account to be linked to it in any way. As I move from one user account to another. Do I have to clear the cookies ever time.

User accounts keep browser cookies separated. This is described in the stealth guide pretty well.

Make sure when you create a new user account that it is an administrator account.. Because i was playing around the other day on windows 8
and saw when you install something it links your cookies to the main admin on the pc.

Not sure if this has always been like this.. but its the first time i havent created an admin account.
