VCC For Ebay+Paypal Needed

I'm in need to verify a paypal and ebay account for Romania and I need a VCC to do that but I'd like it EU issued not the Asian types.

I am somewhat limited in the number of pms I can send and I was really hoping maybe the vcc sellers just drop by and advise if they can offer.
However, I guess it was lazy on my part so I've started pm-ing and asking in their threads when I'm out of pms.
I guess if I expect to make sales and earn some money from this game I got to take a proactive attitude and reach my goals not wait it to come to me.
