Any bank worth their salt will provide free accounts... don't pay a cent for one.

I have tried all the highend banks
Chase
Capital One
Bank of America
Fargo
Citi
US Bank

I have actually found one bank when i lived in North Carolina that was a Credit Union that did not require any money at all.

Unfortunately i am unable to access this bank, in my area you have to pay to get a bank(when i say pay i mean Minimum balance)

Do you have any recommendations for free banks?

Net.Spe.nd and Meta don't play games, so that's a no. Also, is there any particular reason you don't have a measly $25 to open a legit bank account? Especially since you can immediately withdraw it.

You are absolutely right, if you read carefully, every bank bank i have ever open is "FREE" HOWEVER, most especially BOA and US Bank require a "MINIMUM BALANCE" to keep your account open, whether it be $1.00 or $25.00, or $100.00

So, what do you want?

Repeated rebuttals from you because you are a cheapskate or have the thread run its course?

Netspend/Metabank has a bad history with paypal & limitations. It may be reported working today. But may not work next week.

I have been told on 3 different occasions by paypal, this bank was 'off their books'.

Looking for 'free' is a bit complicated. One bank I might have suggested has gone postal on different names incoming for deposits.

So you want to find a bunch of bank accounts that will remain open with $0 in it? Ok buddy...

I'm fairly certain your intentions here are nothing short of highly nefarious.

be careful with using netspend EVEN with using legitimate name, etc. They locked 3 of my accounts..one under my mom's info, one under my bro's info and one under my own info...because they track IP"s..if they see the same IP logging into their online website account access...it raises a flag and they make you send via fax only your SS card, DL, and utility bill..i had to do this with all three accounts..even though they were all legit, SS numbers confirmed,etc...crazy. Its funny though because one of the account when i faxed over the info..they wouldnt accept it as "valid" ..they said that one of the ID's were suspicious..can you believe that crap? I had 27 bucks in that account...i eventually got it back once i threatened to contact a lawyer and BBB but it took 3 week until they finally free'd up that account

I stopped using them.....
