Yes, that's the one.

Check out my post here on the topic explaining the difference between the 3 type of cards. Also, there is a nice picture posted by tmastermind that is the same as your Walmart link.

OP has multiple issues - worth starting from discussion of the basics of his setup then step by step solving

Please forgive my ignorance but with the all these pre-paid cards vanilla et al. don't they ask for SSN when you register the card?

How are we supposed to put in different name and address on these cards when we have to put in SSN's to register the card?

I wouyld really appreciate any help on this? Thank you

It can be confusing. The card you need will allow you to load $20-$500 on it. It will not ask for a SSN (if you get the right one) These are more of a gift card type. The card is mostly silver, and I think it has a $3.95 fee on it. It could be $4.95, I forget.

Sometimes there will be a 3 pack of gift cards for $45. They are not vanilla Visa, but work just as well. If you see those, then that will allow you to make 3 stealth accounts.

Good Luck!

Thank you, that's the one I got if I'm not mistaken. It's a vanilla Visa gift card and I loaded it with $25 + $3.95 purchase charge.

The card information explains that that it will require my information such as name address and other identifying information if I upgrade the card and open an account.

Without upgrading or registering the card, I should be able to add this card to my new PayPal account and PayPal will verify it regardless of the name and address I put in, correct?

Do these cards still work for Paypal? Also, since they're linked to a real bank account, can you withdraw money directly to them?

Your confusing a "GIFT CARD" to a "PREPAID". A gift card doesn't have a "bank" account and yes....they still work for PayPal.
