Where i can get a VCC with a VBA that comes with it so i can use it to withdraw funds from any site that pays via ACH direct deposit.

They don't work with Mismatch name deposits. What you are referring to are Prepaid Cards that come with a Routing/Account Number. 95% of those cards don't work well with stealth.

Why not just use extra bank account from your girlfriend or wife that accepts mismatched names
