Can I use an UK eBay / Paypal account from Italy?

As the title say, is it possible to use UK eBay / Paypal stealth accounts purchased from this forum and use it if I'm living in a different country, specifically Italy?

What precautions should I take, and how can I withdraw?

You can but you would need a uk bank account and a Uk IP address both of which are fairly easy to get

Another option would be to use a properly aged eBay.it account and sell on ebay.co.uk platform... unless you have reasons to be seen as UK member.

You can also set up a UK Ebay and add a Paypal from a country that supports withdraw to card
