Default Item sold and user is no longer registered.

Two days ago I sold a $380 item to a user with 10 feedback who lives in Ukraine. The item was paid for immediately but right before I went to ship it today I noticed that it says that their account is no longer registered.

Should I refund them? What if the account was hijacked and the refund doesn't make it to the original owner?

He probably tried to scam u so why refund? Ukraine? yes 99.99% scam.

Refund and don't ship. You might an "unauthorized payment" message by now since the buyer could likely have been placing chargebacks already...

1000s reasons for an account to go down. He might be one of us.

Don't ship and refund, you will be the scammer if you don't refund him.
