Default is it possible? £$$£

hey everyone,

Would like to know how easy/hard it is to make lets say between 5-10k£ per month (net profit) using ebay as your source of income..

want to know if thats possible for a one man band, or thats something that would require multiple employees, big warehouses etc....

all opinions welcome
thanks

you need to have a lot of products to sell/list if you want to make that much or atleast have a unique/popular product.

I wouldn't think its impossible. If you have the right inventory and suppliers then all it takes is a lot of hard work if you're going to do this solo, this is in my opinion anyways...

it is possible.
we make 5k+ profit with 1 warehouse person.
Warehouse expenses are just 0.5k
we do it on 10+ accounts
biggest expenses is stock we have build around 350-500k stock.
all was done naturally on EB from 7k in 6 years.
so yeas it is possible.

Sure, it's possible. Just not probable that you'll be doing it within six months reselling cheap plastic junk from China, like how a lot of people try to do it.

Within 1 year you could be there yourself, it just takes a lot of determination and a little luck. When I was doing this by myself I was hitting the low side of the goal you mentioned every month. Now that I have 2 people helping with shipping we profit 3-4x more than that monthly.

I pay $0 for warehouse costs because our inventory is stored in my home office and garage. We only keep about 70 unique products in stock. FWIW, some of the products are our own brand and some are not. Biggest expense by far is inventory, followed by postage, followed by EB/PP fees, and then labor.

Hiring the 2nd employee has actually saved me money. It takes 2 helpers 1/3 the time to package a day's orders, so the amount of labor hours I'm paying for has decreased since expanding to 2 paid employees. Plus I'm now able to get all orders shipped out the same day, which customers love.

Not boasting, just trying to explain how it's possible.

Possible, but probably only 1 in 50 can actually do it.

Good luck!
