anybody been on unmolested for more than 12 months? all I here is Im doing this and doing that an I did that and then that .... I have never seen a longterm ebay solution or happy story. please someone must have a HAPPY ENDING!!!!

My friend used my account for couple of weeks, when I got it back..it has been suspended.

I faxed all documents to ebay, but got nothing, just policies and rules, nothing useful point, and can not be released at this time..I dont know when is the time, who knows?

I run 10 accounts at the same time, with 20+ in backup or for rotation. I get about 1 suspension per month. Sometimes it's my fault because I get too careless.

I was on for over two years, and then got strongarmed by vero. The vero member turned out to be wrong, but far be it from eBay to admit they were wrong to suspend me.

Miscategorized digital item and then not listing in proper format for digital item. New 6 month old account killed while 6 year old account still active. AND I had more violations with older account. I guess pre 11/2007 is true.

Hi- I got a solid 6 months in on 3 accts + 8 months on 1...Basically-ever since I joined this Forum. I don't remember what Aspkins fees were for joining for a year-but I know they were too cheap for all the info + advice I get daily! I mean 1 good acct up for 30 days-brings me in min. $4000 sales..so go figure..I have 12 active selling accts+ well over 100 backups + I think 14 pp accts..All because of Membership here!

Btw- just a followup- of my accts-4 are Bronze Ps accts, 5 are Gold ps accts + 1 Platinum Ps acct... Now-ask me how many hours I work/day-too many! I maintain accts in day hours-start at 8am-after kids dropped at school-go to p.o.-then spend next 6-7 hrs answering emails/listing..Then when home-I spend the next 4-6 hrs packaging/pulling goods with the help of my kids...Then I ck emails one final time 4 new pyts+ get those goods ready-we line all pkgs up in crates in the back of my truck- Post office/ups/registered+ Overseas-with customs paper work + pending pyt for that day..I normally get done by 11pm..Weekends-makes mondays till 2-3am tues packing.then next morning-it all starts all over again. I had a steel Gun safe installed/bolted in the back of my truck-as stopping at 8-10 atms/day-is risky-so I drop the cash + cover with a rug...I would have 0 sales if not for Aspkins Forum..

ebayhateluv, when you get time could you help me pack some items for UPS?

We were one of the ebay originals in 1995, top performer in our category, selling more then we could pack in a day, added 2 part time packing helpers and were rolling along, 30k fb, power seller awards and all, we used the loading dock at the post office every single day to unload anywhere between 50-300 boxes per day, then one day here come an email we did not recognize, went over to sign in to ebay, no longer registered user. We about died, we had not done anything wrong and actually were ahead of everything, even took chances on peoples checks and mailed items out early to keep everyone always happy.

The real reason was never displayed, we still today do not know. We were abusing ebay... NOT.

We think maybe someone couldnt stand it because our sales were outrageous and shut us down. All it takes is one jealous ebay supervisor and your toast.

We were not selling fakes, we were selling one of the hottest items in the country and they were 100% american made authentic items that anyone could get with alittle work, although we were able to buy large sums of older items that were more valuable and had the better demand.

Years later we are still not sure as we did nothing wrong at all. We went out of our way to do things right.

So, it doesnt matter what you sell, ebay and pp will screw over the best sellers who did nothing wrong and everything right like we did.
We shipped too fast, we paid our bills ahead of time, we followed the rules and kissed ebays ass because the sales were unreal.

Remember the first ebay live top seller award winner is a goner too, they crapped all over them like they did us and many others.

If the people on this board are suppose to be the bad guys then what the heck would you call ebay and pp??? Scam artist?
Sure, you will have your bad sellers but I just do not believe 80% of these people are. But I do believe ebay and pp are 100% scam artist waiting to scam your ebay account and steal YOUR pp money.
