Back to my question, I would like to know how to export a list of Top Rated Sellers whose account locations in my country (Vietnam)
Is there any tool or guideline to do it?

Yes, I dont know who are the Top Rated Sellers whose account location addresses in my country (Vietnam). Thus I want to export those account names .
