How to disable Flash Cookies in Google Chrome?

Dear all,

I want to use Chrome Portable and Swap My Cookie Extension to manage some of my ebay accounts. This way can separate cookies of every each account but Flash cookies still link among cookie accounts.

But I dont know how to disable Flash cookies in that Chrome Portable

Could you please help me figure it out.
