Trying to pay for something on ebay...

hi all,

I have a buying account which i use a debit card on to purchase items. Normally no issue, however, today every single card I have got is being declined. I even tried to pay for the item using entropay and it didnt work :( can anyone help? Slash tell me why this is happening?
