Nothing special but these are both newish accounts with very low sales volume. I try to max out every account I'm selling on each month just to increase the possibility of them raising my limits.
I don't know if you ever will but once you get to an item limit of 1000 (or if you just buy an account with that as a starting limit), they become much, much more liberal with the limit increases. My busiest account (now about 3.5years old) had astronomical raises in the first 18 months. Went like this:
1000/$25000 (starting limit) ---> 1900/$25000 ---> 19000/$250,000 ---> 190,000/$2,500,000
I never even came close to 19,000 items sold in one month but they still added another zero. Nowadays I've just hidden the selling limit widget in my selling manager because I know I'll never come anywhere close to 190,000 items in one month (that's 6129 sales per day in a 31 day month, lol)
Marty's post in 100% factual and accurate. If you take care of your customers and take your e-commerce business seriously, eBay will eventually raise your limit to some astronomical number which you can only wish to someday reach.
