A buyer opened a case of non receiving the item.
I already updated the tracking number, however when I try to follow the parcel, nothing shows up on track trace.
I believe the buyer will receive soon probably, however, he already can click on "ask us to step in".
As I already updated the tracking details, if the buyer asks for ebay to step in, will this case count towards my account defects? My account is now top rated and will be below standard if does.
