Opening new stealth in real name, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address

My real eBay account was restricted earlier in the year, and since then I've been opening stealths with a prepaid phone. But for the next account, I'm now thinking of opening it in my real name but a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address (and with a VOIP). The reason for this is that when I call in to raise the inevitable 0/0 limit, they'll ask me the usual public record questions, and using real details I'll actually have a chance at passing all the questions. When they spot the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, I can explain I just moved, and I can give them my old address to pass the PR question.

Would this work? It's not an account I intend to use long term, it's just an account I want to create as a wait for the others I created to fully mature (and I could use this account with higher limits in the meantime)

I think it's worth a try.
The only thing I can think of doing that is if they link and pull up your old info.

But at this point, I would say go for it and try. You got nothing to lose.
