Default Never thought E bay this desperate to collect fee

Hello Guys,

As my recent post I have mention that e bay has suspend my acct due to security threat. For a last few day they have email ask me to reimburse the unpaid balance and they would reinstate my seller acct.

I was a little skeptical at first but heck I gave them a called today and play dumb ask how can I have my acct to be reinstate. They said that all I have to do is pay the unpaid balance and my acct will be reinstate not reconsider. So I make my payment after that and they change the issue to a low performance instead of unpaid fee.

Really Eway I know that soon or later I have to pay the fee but do you really have to trick me in order to get the money. Below here is I copied the full statement that in my ewway.

Action required: Your account has been suspended.

Your account has been suspended due to an unpaid balance of US $0.00 in connection to a case/or cases in the Resolution Center. To reactivate your account, you must:
Update your reimbursement payment method to pay your balance.
We will reinstate your account shortly after the balance has been paid in full.
Visit your Seller Dashboard which may indicate the reason why your account was suspended.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact eBay Customer Support. To view all your cases, visit the Resolution Center.

This is a very common eBay trick.

Once they identified you as a security threat, there was NO WAY IN HELL that the account would EVER be reinstated.

But they wanted you to pay their fees. So they told you all would be well if you paid.

Poorer, but wiser, now you know better.

I hope somebody sues them for these wrong tactics of tricking people into paying fees to be re-instated! I recently had 2 accounts with unpaid balances and I paid them and got re-instated. I sent ebay a money order with a letter saying please re-instate my account and my account was re-instated 1-2 weeks later.

OK...

If the ONLY issue with the account was the unpaid fee, then MAYBE it would be reinstated. But if it was for any other reason, then most likely not.

Is it sleazy? Sure. But I'm glad they do this.

That way, I don't feel bad using stealth accounts!

ebay will NEVER get a penny from me especially when paypal limits or closes my account. I wrote to them the other day asking them why are they sending me emails to pay fees when my account is limited; where do they expect me to get the money from.. I said to them to stop writing me and write paypal instead! Suckers!

You should phone up to ebay and complain to them angrily for stealing your money and not reinstating your account like promised. Other members of the forum have claimed that they will refund your paid fees if you're successful with your choices of words.

Yes, I did called them and asked why they do such thing. I said that because of your suspension for the last month and now I'm BROKE. They pass around from one cust service to another without an answer. Finally, I have to hang up cause they keep passing around like I'm a soccer ball.

Best thing to do is start slamming ebay with fresh, new stealth accounts.
For every account they suspend, I create two new ones just in case.
