Unhappy MC999 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item (611561244)

MC999 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item (611561244)

Dear xxxxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.com)

You recently listed the following listing:

xxxxxxxxxxxx - xxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxx xx xxxx xx
xxxxxxxxxxxx - xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xx

Your listing has been removed.

- Limited selling history
- Your listing was brought to our attention by multiple members of the community who reported it for questionable authenticity
- Insufficient description of the item or no photos of the item

Buyers have high expectations when they purchase items on eBay. If you aren't meeting these expectations as a seller, your buyers may leave low detailed seller ratings, which can negatively affect your selling privileges.

Due to the concerns stated above, please don't relist these items. If you do, your listings will be removed and you may be subject to range of actions, including buying and selling limits or suspension of your account. This helps protect you from receiving negative Feedback or low detailed seller ratings and also prevents eBay buyers from potentially bad shopping experiences.

As a FYI i had a person send me a message only a few hours before the listing was removed asking if i had the item in hand and if i could ship out in 2days. Only thing i said was that the listing didnt end in 2days and infact had more days remaining

So i can only assume that this ******* caused the listing to be removed. Thoughts?

Also how long before i can sell anything again?

I sell/have sold new, used things. Vero, non vero, PS3 games, shirts, shoes, wallpaper, etc.

If you have a receipt for it then send e/b a copy of it.

Wait anywhere from 3-6 months - build your account rep REALLY well - you were lucky that you did not get axed and hit with ID verify.

Why can't you buy?

There are many workarounds for address.

Read around the forums, it's all there.

Ive read about;
* sending to neighbors
* Asking seller to send to the real address
* PO box

i have a buyers account for that stuff so it can just come to me directly. Now however the stealth account is way off on address as in it doesnt exist.

So unless i ask someone to send it to a different address than im pretty much screwed on doing any buying.

If i dont do any buying on this account how long must i still wait before selling? Wont it seem strange that after something like this happens i stop selling?

Perhaps this......

Your listing has been removed.

- Limited selling history
- Your listing was brought to our attention by multiple members of the community who reported it for questionable authenticity
- Insufficient description of the item or no photos of the item

Any or all of these may have been the cause.

As I said there are many solutions for a 'buying' address in this situation that don't require asking them to send to another address. Search the forum for answers.

Who said you couldn't sell on the account? You just need to avoid any ve ro or high priced ticket items.

Perhaps a review also of your listing methods i.e. description and pictures may also help.

Well duh. haha. Anyone who starts selling has a LIMITED selling history. Ive had no complaints

Now i think that it was brought to the attention of the member that messaged me.

Insufficient description/no photos - Now i included photo of item and what else can i say but what it is and i no longer need it and my return policy?

I took that as not selling anything for 3-6 months. Now understand just not to list that item. So then i"ll just open another stealth and sell it there

Would opening another account and selling it seriously get the item removed that quickly?

I've never heard or read of that happening. Didnt see it mentioned in the book either. Please enlighten me

Oh and as far as i know im not limited just item removed. I remember on my
1st/last account i had a vero flag and then months later got a neutral feedback then all of a sudden i was shutdown. No reasoning, no explanantion

Item removal, limitation.......one eventually leads to the other.

If the item was reported by other members what makes you think they won't do it again on another account?

Thats true. I had just figured if,
* Rewording the auction
* Using different pics
* Different seller

Wouldnt have an issue. But ok im learning new everyday. Just trying to get rid of stuff i no longer need or want

On a well established account you may have a chance but why risk it on a new account?

Where did you buy the original jersey?

I believe it has been spotted as a copy, which can be easily identified in photos...
