For me it's the opposite and happening a lot less

I been making a lot of accounts and everyday the last 4 weeks

Now a month ago it was happening 3 out of 4 accounts were getting 0/0

Now and especially the last 4 days i get o/0 limits maybe 1 or 2 out of 10 accounts made

So far in the last few weeks this week by far is the best for making accounts

Now these are my results , I think that possibly they have different zones at different times that they make registering easier and harder

I called in twice with 0/0 just to see once I was asked to send ID and utility bill the other time the rep when he couldn't find any public records gave me 25/1200 limits

unless you registered yourself as a seller.

You can repeat the same process, exactly step by step, and you will get the 0/0 limits sometimes. I do the same process over and over, and I get the 0/0 limits 10-20% of the time. I use to never get this, but recently it has become a pain in the arse. I would scrap the account because when you call they will drag you through the database to answer questions.

I have 12 EB/PP accounts that I am about to make. I expect 2-3 to get 0/0 limits judging from past recent experience.

Do you verify your paypal accounts before adding the eBay account and making it a selling account??

Because now it seems that they have become even more strict about having a verified paypal

Even with the original MC999 I noticed, some reps will go thru all the easy questions and won't reinstate the account until u verify the paypal and call back.

Not every but some reps won't let that slide, they will even say that u will get suspended because it will be passed the 48 hour mark to call, but they make a note that u did call and they reinstate

But much easier to verify the paypal first, it may even eliminate some of those 0/0 accounts

Totally agree this is what happened to me in the past and DM also stated the best way to not get the 0/0 limits. Follow his advice and you will have no problems.

Well the thing is i use a real address but the name doesn't live at that address i use a forwarding number from callfire that is forwarded to my tmobile cell phone. I verify the paypal before i become a seller. I list a low cost item like eyeliner maybeline . I bought two cheap items beforehand as a buyer. So i dont know what it could be than i list that first item and they MC999 me saying i went past my selling limit. Than i check my limit it's 0/0.

I try to approach it like a NOOB that doesn't make them by the dozens. So I create my ebay, then selling account, then it directs me to PP, then asks for my CC, then throws me back to EB, then I check my limits.

After I have limits on the account, I will go back and add all the other info. Then I let it marinate for awhile.

I use to create the PP first and get the bank account and credit card get confirmed and verified, then I would make the EB account. I use to never have issues that way, but now it seems like they shoot 'em down 50%+ of the time when I do them that way anymore.

I have tried different methods and I have not found a fool proof method with 100% success.

You need to test out different methods. Many people reported the same problem, but it looks like the number of people/accounts getting 0/0s are going down.

Its worth calling but you have to be lucky/ patient enough to get an easy going rep who doesnt care your info not on their data base, thats how I got my 0/0 increase.
Also, when you contact ebay dont click ''selling limits increase'' to call them, its alwasys a long hold, click ''account restrictions or suspension'' and if you are lucky enough you may be conneced to the ebay call center in indonesia. They are more easir to deal with than the one in US
