eBay scams...an inside job??

I just have to bring up this question. I am shopping on eBay a lot and I just notice there are a handful of users who just created an account about 3 days before and are able to start selling without being banned. While if I try to do that, and then try to sell a freaking game or a lamp I get limited. These people sell things like laptops, game systems, and HDTVs. They have no feedback at all to start with. The trusting buyers bid on these items and a week or two later, the buyer is scammed. Its the same thing over and over. If I worked for eBay I bet I could eliminate a lot of the bogus bids that are on the site. I mean, it doesn't take a genius to see that these people are obviously scammers! FOr example, one person even used a picture of a "game system with games" off of photobucket and said that was what they were selling. That picture has been there for more than a year yet they claim that that is exactly the item they are selling. If I could easily see this (and I'm no genius, I swear!) why can't eBay? So call me a cynic but I just began thinking, this could be an inside job. That's why they are not getting banned. For a system like eBay that scrutinizes viciously on new members, for so many of these people to get by the system and start selling right away is a bit laughable. It would make sense...a bit. Does anybody have any thoughts on this phenomena?

Could be, I'd probably take a $5 dollar an hour job just to see the inside lol

Lol, I'm sure there are eBay employees who abuse their power every once in awhile but I highly doubt they're scamming people. Trust me when I say this, there are plenty of people out there that do this already and for a living. Scammers are EVERYWHERE on eBay. At one time 1/4 of my BUYERS were trying to scam me. And I closed hundreds of auctions a day. It's ridiculous.
