PP acct limited, can I insert new PP in ebay?

hi, guys.
My pp acct linked with ebay just got limited. Can I insert new PP acct in ebay to accept payment without damage the new PP acct?

You must create new ebay and paypal accounts. You will get linked again if you don't. Just follow the stealth book.

I have changed Paypal accounts for an ebay account by changing the primary email address that I have on file at ebay. I am thinking though that once PP limits you, you get a huge red flag on your ebay account and they might not let you even change anything in your user info.
