What is the best way to create a business Ebay Paypal account using a LLC/EIN

I was suspended last year and have an account right now that is working great.
Close to hitting the 20,000 mark. I don't want to open multiple accounts.
One for backup is fine. I'm buying a LLC and getting Tax ID. What is the best way to go about implementing my business into getting a new Ebay and Paypal account up.

I have read through the Ebay Stealth Book and have a good understanding off how not to get linked, etc.

Any advice from people that have done this would be of great benefit.

You might not "want" to open multiple accounts but sometimes they are necessary....One of the ideas of Stealth is that you never know what will happen to the accounts your running.
