ebay is a matter of using everything at your own disposal to work their system.

It does not come easy.

Then nothing good ever does.

I'm actually considering making 100s of accounts lol, I'll make some sales and then I'll try to figure it out.

And agreed, my question is answered that there is a specific algorithm or way. I'll figure it out.

Hi, ebay is unpredictable and random. Any accounts can get limits increased or reduced at anytime. Usually you get 10 items for the 1st month and then 25 for the second month and up. However if you list up to your limits and send items out on time and give a good customer service your account will grow.

Well apparently there is a pattern or an algorithm which starts new accounts with 5000$/100

No...if that was the case...then every seller on here would only have those for sale...and that's not the case...experienced sellers here get 10/1K limits on some they create, because I just bought 2 not too long ago....In fact, just for info, 1 of those got a MC999 before a single item was even listed.

I did not say it doesn't happen....but if there was a way to do it every time, then they would do it every time...don't you think?

you can make a million accounts, none are really gonna do any good until you learn patience. I am not talking about you, but anyone reading. we do live in a want it now world, ebay does not work that way, when you put in the time and work thru the slow seasons of starting eventually they change and you will see a great harvest.

good things come to those who wait.

Wow, isn't this the hot topic!

I have not been here too too long. But I been here long enough to know that people don't share trade secrets or it would not be a secret. I have also learned to appreciate the wait that I have to endure for my accounts to mature.

I appreciate this for 2 reasons: 1) If my account isn't mature then it will get burned before I have a chance to make money off it. Mature meaning time has elapsed and EB is no long eye balling and mean mugging my account like they do when it is fresh and new. I feel like this ends after about 90 days, which brings me to my #2. 2) This is usually how long it takes (or longer) to get my limits increased up to 100/5000.

Shortcuts do not last. You get what you put in.

90 days is just an average, sometimes it could take 2 months and other times 6 months for that first raise

Make a lot of accounts that way u never rely on just one account again

But usually around 90 days is when limits start to increase if your account is in perfect health. And it's not a se time where on the 90th day it just goes up, it varies with every account

I've only made 13 stealth accounts, but what DMshark says, that has been my experience as well.

sell multiple different items then your increases will come like 70 your main item , 30 being different items: shirts cocks coat pen pencil sticker what ever as long as its different from the rest then you will see your increase come much quicker

Depends, lots of my UK accounts I have been seeing increases after the first item has sold with no selling history. This isn't based on one account either, I'm talking about a lot!

Rotate between 30-40 accounts - nothing too crazy since I dont deal with large volume of sales...yet on low-level activity due to other work/projects

That's not so dope compared to some other users' activity here (e.g. 100+ accounts) but YES - all my accounts ALWAYS have verified PP I like the verification security aspect.

I operate on numerous platforms not just US and Canada now
