defect policy
New on this forum, but long-time ebay seller concerned with new ebay policy (defect %).
I have over 1500 items in my ebay store, and will be a few points above the
5% defect rate when my next evaluation occurs.
I am in what I call a “challenging” ebay category of used items, and because
of the many ebay loop holes for buyers, what was normal glitches in selling,
has now become detrimental defects. In other words, I fear suspension.
I have a family, ebay is our only income, and have been cruising along for 16 years as a seller.
Until now.
(blah, blah, blah - cut to the chase, right?…)
I understand that some companies can import data from ebay and make a website from it.
Has anyone done this and is there one that is better than another?
I assume it is very difficult driving traffic to it, but at least I can save the pictures and descriptions
for future use. Is there any way to port photos/descriptions back and forth between platforms?
any advice is appreciated.
