Can a buyer withdraw Money Back Guarantee case???

Last night a buyer opened a MBG case against me.
Item not as described.
She sent me photos, she was correct, I messed her item up by accident

I told her that she does not need to send it back and will send a replacement tomorrow morning.
She agreed.

Is there a way that she can withdraw that case or do I have to wait 30 days and ePay will just delete it.

She can cancel the case but may not do it until she receives the replacement

Things are changed now , before I would of done the same as you and said keep the item and either refund them or send a replacement

But now , it really doesn't matter, which drives me nutts, but there is no real incentive for a buyer to go beyond and give great customer service, because the opened case now marks the transaction as a defect and a strike against the account , and that stays the same whether you make the customer happy or do not

Now I run everything so different and only use an account for a few sales a month , but I would politely ask if they can close the case so that you can purchase another postage to send the other item

Because , technically yes they can say they never received a replacement no matter what and end up with 2 items and your money if that is your concern
