Ok so I have been thinking of doing a LLC and getting a UPS box to use as my address. I sell mostly things from $1-10 but in large volumes so I hit my limit of 200 very quick. Any one successfully doing this who can give me some advice on best practices to make this a Success. I hate wasting time and money like every one else. Also before any one says it I have read the stealth guide and opened many stealth account with great success just looking to do something so I can really kick things off with a bang.

Don't forget to check you local tax laws to make sure that if you start a LLC and do business on it, that you are not due any local taxes. Even if you register an LLC in Wyoming or Nevada, you must register the entity in your state as an out of state entity doing business in your state.
I was thinking what about the Personal agent would you use yourself if you have been banned once before. Not sure if they check that deep with a llc. And will UPS mail boxes look suspicious? Just trying to think this through before I spend the time and $125 to do it. I am not asking for any tax advise just tips to make this work. Any one have a LLC ebay and paypal account working well?
