Do you how the counting in seller dashboard is working? I started to track this info from the last evaluation but not sure...
I saved all information from the last evaluation and check it every day.
Today i got "never received" ticket and it was immidealty appeared in
"request: item not received"
and the total % was changed
but I paid attention that total numbers of transactions never changed. The number of transactions is same like it was in the last evaluation. But I know for sure that this number must be higher becasue many items were sold after the last evaluation.

I have the same problem on my account. eB reps don't know why it does it and can't fix it, I already talked to them. The best they can do is advise to wait until your next evaluation if see if the count changed.

I see how the % of defects is growing up because of stupid buyers that don't know how to track the parcel and open ticket just for question "it was shipped by UPS or USPS"

When you call it says there should be delays in it updating and that it will NOT reflect your evaluation.
Yes I can believe that it may delay. The only thing that problems are not delaying. After 20 minutes you already see lower % in the seller dashboard :(

The whole system is not working well. I even had a manager make an adjustment to remove some of the stupid cases and it still never showed in the syste even after a manager made the changes manually.
