Which MC999? The one that people get upon listing 1st item?

I don't think i can make it any clearer.

GET the MC999, is incredibly useful PROVIDING you have everything in place, have documents ready (or can talk to eBay with the confidence), the item you list you have (is not counterfeit).

Why run from something when you can benefit from it?

The one upon first listing is pretty standard and just requires a simple phone call to pass

Yeah you'll have to be a bit more specific on which MC999. But the 48 hour time sensitive one can be avoided most of the time by searching for items and doing other new user related stuff for a few weeks before listing your item. I try to do that for at least 3 weeks before listing a low risk item and have had maybe one 48 hour MC999 in the past 6 months.

Normally it cant be avoided, if the account is over 90 days old it doesnt seem to happen as much. The best thing to do is call in until you get a rep from India, then you should be okay, they dont ask the database stuff.
