Default Cancel Transaction Not Working

I'm trying to use the resolution center to cancel a transaction. I've never had an issue with this not working. Right now when I select to cancel a transaction, I am taken to an ebay help page instead of the page where you are prompted to put the ebay item # in.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I had a diff issue with it last night. I was wanting to cancel a transaction instead of doing a non payment case. It seemed that I could no longer cancel a transaction for non payment. Instead I had to do a non payment case.

I think they are changing things up on the cancel/dispute pages.

Yes, I have seen a few of these. Copy the eBay Item # and paste into the box and click continue. It will bring you to that particular item and you can cancel it.

I have also seen that they changed screens with less options than before. I think they are streamlining everything towards the new defect system.

Make sure to select the correct reason for canceling the transaction or it will be counted against you!

I don't think it matters at all, I've had cancellations I started with "buyer mistake" count as defects, and ALSO cancellations that buyers started as defects too, I can see them under my defects % in seller dashboard, this new system sucks!!

Yep they definitely made another terrible change, why I have no clue, it was perfect before, now it's confusing, and u can't even write a message to the buyer

I guess they rather sellers open unpaid cases rather than cancel transactions.

I never open an unpaid case against a buyer, I would just send a cancellation request, now I just didn't do anything until I find out how this is looking to the buyer and if it's affecting us negatively
