Ebay Invoice After Account Suspension

My legit account was shut down in Sept..
I got this email from Ebay. The amount is negative. Do they owe me money?
What is going on!

"We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing eBay. Your eBay invoice for the period from September 1, 2014 through October 1, 2014 is now available to view in any web browser. eBay seller invoices are not available on mobile devices.

Total invoice amount due: -$72.05 "

Yes, they owe you Money!
In order to redeem that amount, give them a call and ask them to credit this $ to your paypal account.
There is no other way. But there is always a risk of your PP getting limited or suspended...Who knows

Its worth calling in for.

When my account was suspended, all fees I owed were reinbursed to me. I had to go on to live chat to get then released. It would seem the same has happened to you.

screw them. Delete ebay from your paypal automatic payment option. Then simply ignore their emails.
