Usually just an ID confimation MC999 when that happens.
You can just give them a ring and confirm your ID to them to get the account back to selling

when you say confirm ID you mean just confirm your details? yes actually i think i did that on another account and it worked

Looking at your account, I can see that there are some serious policy breaches, so I'm afraid we wont be reinstating your account. Please bear in mind that as your account is suspended, you will not be able to buy or sell on eBay or register a new account
