eBay forcing us to pay for return shipping now?!?!?

Just got a return requested message on one of my emails. Customer just claimed bad quality and it says I have to pay for shipping. Are u f*** kidding me!!! eBay is getting worse. There better be better customers and more opportunities from this crap.

Yep had a few now. Pay around £2.50 so cheaper than refunding if buyers pays it. But had abuse of it already. Buyer saying item faulty sent back tested and was not even opened ,and unused. So how was it faulty.

Make sure you report the buyer for abusing the returns system.

Ive just had my first buyer abuse the returns system. I checked their feedback and they had over 10 false positives for non payment. If those sellers had followed the rules and.opened a NPB case this chump would have been banned long ago.
